Bacon Genie grants one wish
I’m not sure how far microwave bacon technology has come along, but I’ll bet a grease-splattered microwave interior that there is still progress to be made. The Bacon Genie serves up bacon, although probably not quite done just how you wished. Just drape your bacon slices over the device and pop in the microwave. As the bacon cooks, fat drips down the bacon (the fat that doesn’t splatter onto the microwave walls, that is) and collects into a spouted dish below. Those paper towels that you normally use to wick up extra fat from the bacon can now be used to clean the interior of your microwave.
I’ve never had delicious microwave bacon before, but maybe times have changed. Maybe this Genie can grant that wish. Instant microwaved bacon would certainly be a treat – depending on how it came out. It would still be bacon however, so be careful what you wish for.

Brownies: No longer just for squares
The Wilton Brownie Cup Pan takes brownie baking to a new level. Instead of using a regular 8-inch square pan, add a little fun (as if brownies needed more fun) to your brownie mix by baking them into handy cups. Fill with ice cream or frosting for a truly special treat. The nonstick steel pan produces six 3.5-inch brownie cups per batch. Although the indentation is an inch and a half deep, how high you stack your brownie is entirely up to you.

All-in-one breakfast sandwich maker
It doesn’t take much to get knocked off-track in the morning. The simple task of creating breakfast can be like navigating a hazardous course fraught with peril. Dodging pots and pans while trying to create some simple sustenance can be quite the chore for the non-morning person. That’s why we have the Back to Basics Egg and Muffin Toaster.
The device streamlines the process of feeding slow-moving, half-awake people by combining popular features into one unit. Everybody likes breakfast muffin sandwiches, but not everybody likes dealing with the assorted cookware needed to produce them. The combination appliance is capable of making poached or steam-scrambled eggs and warming pre-cooked ham or sausage, all while toasting bread or an English muffin. Producing complete sandwiches in about 4 minutes, the toaster saves enough time for other important morning activities — like trying to remember how to make coffee.

Fire-roasted stuffed peppers on the grill
Just look at that picture. Doesn’t that look crazy delicious? Those loaded peppers would certainly look great on my grill. Just imagine a few juicy burgers cooking alongside this Chile Pepper Grill Rack. Now that it’s grillin’ season, it’s time to consider the deliciousness that is to come in the months ahead. From the looks of this grill gadget, I believe roasted peppers deserve to be included in every single grill session to come.
The stainless-steel Pepper Rack holds 18 peppers and is dishwasher-safe. The rack measures 10-inches by 4.75-inches, and holds the peppers at a height of 2-inches. It will cost you twenty bucks to get your hands on this accessory, which is a small price to pay considering how hard it is to stand a dozen and a half peppers on end.

NitroCream custom-flavored ice cream in a flash
Ice cream. Gelato. Frozen Yogurt. Sorbet. All available at your fingertips. In exactly the flavor you want. With the NitroCream N2-64 you can custom create any flavor. Using the fast-freezing power of liquid nitrogen, the patented process blasts out chilly treats in as little as 1-3 minutes.
Simply add your ice cream base into the mixing bowl and let the machine do all the work. The N2-64 simultaneously mixes and freezes, creating whatever flavor you want on demand. Mix in locally grown fresh fruit for a truly customized flavor.
The NitroCream brand is marketed to business owners, and is available for lease or purchase. They certainly put on an impressive show. While at $35,000 I don’t expect to be outfitting my kitchen with one of these, considering the business potential for cafés and some small restaurants, I do expect to be enjoying a bowl of NitroCream sometime soon at a nearby local establishment. Part of the fun, of course, would be coming up with crazy flavors. Good thing you can make as little as one serving at a time!

Fondue Kissed with chocolate
If there is one thing that chocolate lovers agree on is that there is never enough chocolate. Well, how about melting down a batch and then dipping chocolate pieces into that? Because with the Hershey’s Kiss Dessert Fondue Maker I don’t see any other option. Sure, you could dip fresh strawberries into the iconic Hershey’s Kiss, but why would you do that when you could just dunk in a Hershey’s Kiss?
