Obol, The Never-Soggy Cereal Bowl
Soggy cereal is a sorry sight first thing in the morning. Luckily this all-too-common condition has a cure. No, it doesn’t involve changing brands of cereal or some top secret combination that somehow magically counters over-soaked cereal. The answer is in the last place one might expect to look: the bowl.
Obol, The Never-Soggy Cereal Bowl looks to change the perception of what a cereal bowl can be. The bifurcated bowl features two compartments, one for cereal and one for milk. Scoop the cereal into the milk one spoonful at a time and the Soggies become a thing of the past.

Bling On The Cakes

Cake out of a box isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it won’t hold up to scrutiny. Unless, of course, you embellish it somehow. Like with shiny things. The Gem Embellished White Cake Plates won’t make the cake taste any better, but if you’re looking for a distraction, dazzle ‘em with bling. Cheesecake would go good with these.

Would You Ventu?
It doesn’t exist yet, but it could with your help. The Ventu Strainer Bowl, a Quirky project is a mash-up between a colander and a serving bowl. For whatever reason, colanders have always enjoyed a reputation as something to avoid in the kitchen–it is just too tempting to try to strain pasta and whatnot with either the lid or a fork. Capitalizing (maybe) on this idea is a project that needs your support.

Owls Ask Who Would Like Some Salt And Pepper

Collectible salt and pepper shakers have one major flaw: they aren’t grinders. Freshly ground pepper is vastly superior to the pre-ground sawdust that populates store shelves. The solution? Stick the salt and pepper shakers on the shelf and look at them while you grind whole pepper over your meal. While freshly ground pepper may taste better, it usually doesn’t come in an overly cute container. Overly cute, as in cute overload, as in: Grasslands Road Petals Owl Salt And Pepper Set. While the small salt and pepper shaker set won’t maximize the flavor of the meal, it may just be perfect for the owl fanatic on your gift list, allowing them to stare at each other throughout every meal.
